Shipping Policy

Delivery within Sweden We ship with PostNord. Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after your order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.

Delivery within the EU We also ship to other EU countries with PostNord. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but please allow 5–10 business days. No customs fees or import taxes apply within the EU, as we ship from Sweden.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping on all orders over 400 SEK.

Delays We do our best to meet the stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. high demand at PostNord or public holidays). Please contact us at skeleton_clo@hotmail.com if your order is delayed.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Use it on the PostNord website to follow your package.
